Statutory/legal framework relevant to compensation claims under the LCA 1961 and 1973 and the CPA 1965, including recent legislative changes (NPA 2017)
Valuation approach (Rule 2 –v- Rule 6 compensation)
Assessing business losses under Rule 2, including loss of profits and extinguishment claims
