Land Referencing Managers x4

As a Land Referencing Manager at HS2 you will support both the preparation and passage of the Hybrid Bill process; and be able to support the exercising of powers of entry and compulsory purchase post-Royal Assent.
About the role:
- Coordinate contractors in delivering the referencing components of the Hybrid Bill in accordance with the HB programme and Parliamentary Standing Orders
- Undertake the assurance role in reviewing and assuring the contractor deliverables
- Act as the interfaces between the Engineering, Environmental and Land Referencing disciplines to ensure processes are adhered to, and to ensure accuracy and consistency of scheme limits and land parcels
- Assure quality of electronic referencing data prior to its deployment through the Land Referencing Database
- Post-Royal Assent, maintain the referencing database of owners and occupiers
- Post-Royal Assent, maintain the referencing activities to ensure all qualifying interests are referenced prior to service of compulsory purchase notices
- Respond to enquiries from within HS2 and from external stakeholders on access and land ownership matters in a timely manner
About You:
- A relevant degree or HNC
- A professional membership (e.g. CPA, APM, etc)
- Relevant experience in land referencing and compulsory purchase including, Hybrid Bills
- Experience in contract and project management
- Ability to deal with stakeholders and members of the public in a range of circumstances
