Blight Notice Rateable Value Limit
The Town and Country Planning (Blight Provisions)(England) Order 2010 came into force on 1st April 2010 and increased the RV limit for blight notices from £29,200 to £34,800. The same change affects claims for property under Part I of the Land Compensation Act 1973 at s.2(3) (not a dwelling or agricultural unit) and a person over sixty years of age claiming extinguishment under s.46 of the same Act. Home Loss Payment (Prescribed Amounts) (Wales) Regulations 2008
Sets the minimum and maximum limits for Home Loss Payments under the Land Compensation Act 1973. Usually updated annually around September. There was no update in 2009, 1010 or 2011.
