Job Description
The focus of this exciting new role and opportunity is to help build the growing business and to manage the delivery of detailed, high quality land advice for our clients.
  • Reporting directly to the land advisory technical director, managing multiple projects and workstreams on major infrastructure schemes
  • Opportunity to shape the direction of this growing business globally and be part of the senior team
  • Producing bids and other business development opportunities
  • Client interfacing managing teams on major schemes
  • Providing leadership within land advisory business and provide leadership and mentoring to teams
  • Work with our system specialists to innovatively develop and improve our bespoke systems and continue to create efficiencies for our clients
  • Ensure client requests are dealt with in a timely, professional and quality manner
  • Involved in professional excellence and developing Industry Standards
  • Publishing whitepapers and providing thought leadership at industry events
  • Contribute to the wider team and organisation through project work when requested
  
Candidate Specification
  • Successfully managing teams of land consultants on major hybrid Bill, TWAO, DCO, CPO schemes
  • Degree in geography or in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • Substantial experience working on land management for transportation and infrastructure schemes
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of statutory processes, land referencing and standing orders and land & property Industry
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and ability to liaise at all levels with both internal and external shareholders
  • Experience across a range of sectors is desirable
  • Highly motivated and with excellent industry network
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment whilst being under pressure
  • UK travel and on occasion global
