John Sayer, Director, CBRE
John is a Chartered Surveyor and Director in the CBRE Compulsory Purchase Team based in London. He has 15 years of property experience and for the last decade has focussed his career on compulsory purchase and land assembly. He advises a variety of acquiring authorities, development partners, and claimants on regeneration and infrastructure projects across the UK. Such schemes include the Olympics & Legacy CPO, Westfield & Hammerson’s redevelopment of Croydon’s retail centre, Ballymore’s Brentford Waterside redevelopment, High Speed 1, High Speed 2, Rowner Renewal, Thames Tideway Tunnel, and Heathrow Airport.
John was a member of the Young CPA steering group for three years since its inception in 2013 and also undertook the co-ordinator role for the group.
