The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has prepared an information page that brings together useful information for those affected by compulsory purchase and practitioners in this area.
The information page includes:
- A compulsory purchase helpline via the RICS contact centre, which provides callers with details of surveyors who are willing to provide up to 30 minutes free advice
- A Consumer Guide providing an overview of the compulsory purchase process.
- A Professional Statement outlining the requirements expected of RICS members providing advice in respect of compulsory purchase.
- How to make a complaint against an RICS member where advice falls short of expectations.
Training from CPA and our Training Partner

Membership
Join the CPA membership and receive news, briefings, some training events free and network. There are special rates for local authorities and some other groups. Simply use our find a CPO practitioner and outsource your CPO to them via a contract.
